Refund, Service Delivery and Privacy Policies.
Refund and Service
Delivery Policies -
As a
client of Vamos a
Canada, we will do
our best to provide
you with the highest
level of quality
possible in all our
products and
services. For this
reason, we have
instituted the
following policies:
Prices
Prices for all
products and
services are subject
to change without
notice
Communication
Vamos a Canada will
do its best to reply
to all requests
within 5 business
days. Most of our
communication
exchanges with our
clients have no
charge, so we ask
you to be patient
This refers to all
sorts of
communication such
as email, phone
calls and faxes. In
the event it is out
of our hands to get
back to you within 5
days, we will let
you know.
Student Services
Vamos a Canada will
do its best to get
you the school or
summercamp you want
to study in, based
on your budget and
preferences. We try
to work with only
the best
institutions in the
country. However,
because Vamos a
Canada is only an
intermediary, it is
the school who is
solely responsible
for the services
they provide, Vamos
a Canada cannot be
held responsible for
their actions. If
for some reason you
are not entirely
satisfied with the
school services,
facilities or
others, you will
have to deal with
them directly, to
see if you are
ultimately entitled
to some kind of
compensation.
Depending on the
problem, Vamos a
Canada may file a
formal complain with
the school, but only
to help the student
and not on his
behalf. If we
believe the school
is being unfair to
the student, we may
opt not to represent
them anymore. In the
case where a student
was denied a visa to
come to Canada, it
is the sole
responsibility of
the school to refund
the student through
their own policies.
Vamos a Canada does
not have a say in
those policies but
abides by them. To
get a refund, the
student must comply
with these policies.
Immigration
Services
Vamos a Canada will
do its best to give
you the highest
quality service
possible. If you
purchased our
evaluation kit it
might take us up to
7 days to get back
to you. If we can't
do so, we will let
you know, and only
in the cases where
it is impossible for
us to do your
evaluation
(technical
difficulty or
catastrophe) we will
give you a refund.
We also remind you
that since Vamos a
Canada's opinion
about your case is
based on your
answers to the
questionnaire, it
does not represent
Citizenship and
Immigration's
Canada's opinion,
nor is it a
guarantee your case
will be accepted. On
the other hand,
Vamos a Canada does
not guarantee the
approval of any case
as this is only CIC
Canada's
responsibility and
nobody else's. We
are also prohibited
from giving any
guarantees per
CSIC's rules of
conduct.
Settlement
Services
When you migrate to
Canada, Vamos a
Canada will try to
give you the best
service possible. We
know its hard moving
to a new country, so
we'll try to make it
painless. If your
some reason we
cannot deliver one
or more of the
services agreed upon
(i.e., we couldn't
pick you up at the
airport due to
unforeseen
circumstances) you
will be entitled to
a refund which will
be determined
depending on the
severity of the
problem(s) we caused
to you. We will also
do our best in
accomodating all
your needs and
preferences (i.e.,
getting you an
apartment with the
characteristics you
want), but if it's
not possible to do
it (i.e., the
apartment we got you
costs a little more
than you thought),
we cannot be held
responsible for that
since it depends on
3rd parties. In
general, anytime you
feel the service you
got was not what you
were told, we will
review it, make a
decision and if
entitled to, we'll
give you a refund
based on the
validity and
severity of your
complain, but you
cannot assume we
will give you a
refund since we do
not offer a 100%
money-back
satisfaction
guarantee.
Homestay Services
Whether you visit,
study or migrate to
Canada, Vamos a
Canada offers a
homestay service (in
Toronto only).
Should you decide to
take it, you must
abide by the house
rules, which are
designed to make
things easier for
all people staying
at the house. These
rules must be read,
signed and enforced
by the customer upon
entry, and if they
are not met, the
customer may be
liable for any
damages inflicted to
the property or to
others. It is also
the customer's
responsibility to
notify the
management of any
problem with the
facilities (i.e.
light bulbs, jammed
doors, etc.). If it
is determined that
the customer caused
the problem due to
negligence or
misuse, it will be
his/her
responsibility to
fix it, at his/her
own expense. If the
customer did not
cause the problem,
Vamos a Canada we'll
do whatever it takes
to fix the problem
in a timely and
efficient manner. If
it is a severe
problem that
requires more time
to fix, an alternate
homestay may be
provided.

us what kind of
services you would
like to receive,
which can range from
airport pickup,
apartment search,
visa processing,
etc.

to Canada to study

register you with
the school.
