PERSONAL ATTENTION
It's important to us to get to know each and every person
that adventures with us! We have intentionally kept our group
size and company small, allowing us to focus on details and
provide greater support, care and attention to each participant.
We maintain a 1:6 staff to camper
ratio. This ratio becomes even lower during professionally
outfitted activities such as whitewater rafting and horseback
riding. Our staff brings plenty of real world experience,
a safety conscious mature attitude and a whole lot of fun
to every adventure. Our staff is always available to do what's
most important: Be actively involves with our campers!
GEAR
No need to worry about all that
outdoor gear. We provide all specialized gear you need to
have a fun and safe experience. We provide sleeping bags,
tents, sleeping pads, backpacks, mountain bikes, and other
technical gear all at no extra cost to you! Please free to
bring your own gear if you like, but we have it if you don't.
SAFETY
Sending your teen off on an
outdoor adventure is a big decision for parents and we know
that trust is a large component of that decision. We accept
this responsibility and make all of our decisions based upon
that trust, and as parents ourselves. Safety is the most important
aspect of any outdoor adventure in our camp and we will work
hard to instill that behavior in our participants. Do understand
that there is always an element of risk in all outdoor activities.
We carefully manage these risks and emphasize safety in everything
we do. We require you to be a full participant in making safety
a top priority on our adventure.
PERSONAL GROWTH
We believe outdoor adventures
and activities are an excellent method of facilitating persona
growth. The challenges of tackling new skills, the beauty
and serenity of the mountains and working with and trusting
new friends create the atmosphere for learning, Our adventures
is not a rehabilitation program for trouble youth, be supported
and respected and have a whole lot of fun, together. Our activities
will encourage campers to learn about group living, cooperation,
leadership and the benefits of teamwork.
